We hire our hall at very competitive prices and usually allow previous night set-ups. We have several options, whether for a one-off booking or regular weekly/monthly activities. See Hall Hire Rates A couple of hours for an afternoon kiddies party using the whole hall without a bar will be £50. A bouncy castle can also be hired and set up in the hall from Renewed Members are entitled to large discounts on hiring the hall. * Note: the FRA member’s discount only applies to members who have renewed their membership. A 33% discount is available for regular bookings, call 020 8651 2484 for details. For one-off hall bookings a £100 deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your special occasion in our diary.
The £100 will be returned to you 48 hours after the event if there is no damage to our function room and there are no other issues related to the hall hire. The £100 is not refundable in the event of a cancellation but we can hold on to it as a deposit for a rearranged date.
The full payment for your event is required 10 working days prior to the event date. If the booking is made less than 10 working days before the event, then the whole payment, and deposit, are required at the time of booking.
