We had such a lovely experience using Bromley Bouncy Castles, we had to share our time.

We ordered online, with so much to choose from. I had my daughter sitting with me helping pick from the large list of bouncy castles with slides. I have to state that is one of the best websites for bouncy castle hire we have come across, for presentation, easy of use, we was also able to click on the items and check your live date checker to see if in stock for our day before we booked online, making it so easy.

After picking a theme we wanted to go with we then checked and it was available. I added it to the basket and we carried on looking. My daughter wanted a ball pond, we decided on the circus air juggler ball pond and the circus bouncy castle with the slide.

I filled out the online booking form and after paying a deposit of £35 i submitted the booking. With in minutes I received a copy of my booking form to check and also a email confirmation form Bromley Bouncy Castles confirming my dates and times i had picked. Wow what great service to give me the chance to check and confirm all was right for me.

I replied and confirmed.

Along the way i received three further emails before my date (it was three weeks from booking date made) I was kept up to date and this gave me reassurance all was going to be ok on the day for my daughter's party. (As a mum it's always a huge worry when booking with any company that they will show up on the day). Well i had all i needed.

On the day i had a text letting me know when the driver will be arriving.

The driver arrived and was very polite and friendly and great with my kids while setting up the equipment. He explained to me the safety things and let me know some important things.

He left and i was now in charge to make sure the kids had a safe time while playing during the party.

Oooh the party went so well, i had lots of feedback from the kiddies mums (and dads) saying how clean the bouncy castle and ball pond was, how bright and colourful, how good they looked and most importantly, how much fun their kids had at the party.

The staff arrived when said with in the 1 hour slot we arranged, the equipment was cleaned and packaged away very swiftly.

Leaving no mess or no fuss for me to worry about.

The overall experience with Bromley Bouncy Castles was for sure a 10 star plus thousands more..

I can only highly recommend this bouncy castle hire company.

I was actually so pleased with the service, I emailed the day after to say thank you for everything. I loved that I was kept up to date with emails of how everything was going, I was initially helped with the booking process (I didn't want to do it wrong), the delivery guys who turned up arrived early, they were really friendly, professional and made everything go smoothly. Every bit of equipment we hired was in perfect condition. They arrived just as the party was finishing for collection and packed away without getting in the way of anything. I am 39 weeks pregnant so the fact everything was made easier by the company was amazing. We have used other companies in the past and the experience has been disappointing and very stressful.
