Crockham Hill Village Hall is located in the village of Crockham Hill on the B269, approximately three miles from of Oxted, Surrey and Edenbridge and Westerham, Kent.
It has everything you need to make your event a great success. There's an entrance foyer/cloakroom and an adjoining garden can be used as a safe play area for children. As well as the Main Hall with fully equipped kitchen, there is also the Harris Room with its own kitchenette and WC which can be hired separately, or as an annexe to the Main Hall. The hall provides superfast broadband WiFi and ample off-road car parking.
Perfect for all major events and functions including weddings, parties, concerts, keep fit - you name it and the Main Hall can cater for it. The Hall measures 17.5 X 9 metres and has the capacity of 250 people or 135 seated at tables. There's a large fully equipped kitchen attached. There are ample foldaway tables and comfortable chairs available. The Hall has its own sound system with a microphone and ability for you to play your own music. Professionally equipped to deal with all major functions, the kitchen adjoins the Main Hall function room connected through two large serving hatches with roll down shutters when service is not required. View more information and photos >>
Available to hire separately or with the Main Hall, the Harris Room is ideal for smaller gatherings or as an annexe to a larger event. Accessed through its own discreet entrance and hallway, it measures 6m X 7m and is suitable for up to 40 people (24 sitting) and has its own stand alone kitchenette and WC. Some tables and chairs are provided but more can be accessed from the Main Hall if required. View photos >>
The hall is used by Felicity's Playgroup and is home to various clubs including Crockham Hill Women's Institute and local Brownies group. Crockham Hill Village Hall is ideal for all events and functions including weddings, parties, dances, concerts, keep fit, etc. The Harris Room is also available to hire on its own for smaller events or as an annexe to the Main Hall. Availability is shown in the Diary below - click on your required date to complete the Booking Request Form.
Hire rates are shown on the Prices page of this website, and also on the Booking Request Form before you complete it. Please see the Photos page and the FAQ pages for more information about the facilities. The monthly Crockham Hill Parish Magazine also has information about booking the Hall. Our hire charges are designed to be both affordable but also to ensure that we can sustain the high standards that our users expect, and provide especially good value to local non-commercial hirers.

Please click on the date you would like to book and complete the form which will appear. Your booking request will be sent to the Hall Manager. If the slot is still available you will receive a confirmation email regarding payment and keys etc within 3 days. If the slot was requested by someone else first she will email you to let you know.
